About Tall Emu

Founded in 2001, Tall Emu started life as a one-stop, all things IT services business. Tall Emu’s initial aim was to take their corporate IT experience and offer bespoke solutions to the business needs of the SME market.

Having spent a lot of time extending, integrating and installing CRM systems, we noticed that we were running into some common problems with CRM solutions.

The main issues that we saw were the CRMs were limited in their ability to allow for new fields or rename existing fields to suite the internal language / naming conventions of the businesses in question.  Also, integrating these CRM to other business systems or external data services was hard and and often costly.

These CRM issues were so frequent that it was decided that the only way to solve it was to build our own. Tall Emu CRM has been especially adapted for online businesses that need to pump leads or orders into their CRM seamlessly.

Tall Emu CRM is now being used by businesses in Australia, Asia and the UK. The range of industries using the CRM include finance and banking sector, education, winery and SME’s from various industries.
