With Total Enterprise CRM, this can easily be made to interact directly with the CRM system, in real time. This means when a potential customer fills in an enquiry form, the data goes to the CRM immediately. Using workflow it is then possible to automate tasks based on the data that has been filled in on the webform.

How it works

  1. The user completes a form on your (or an affiliate) website.
  2. When they press the "Submit" button, the information is sent to the CRM system.
  3. The data is stored in the CRM database. This can trigger a sequence of business rules (workflow) to automate follow up tasks.

The data is available, immediately and automatically, to users of the CRM system.
